Die IGKK veranstaltet zum Thema "Frauenquoten im Aufsichtsrat - Internationale Perspektiven" eine interdisziplinäre Podiumsdiskussion mit Vertretern aus Wissenschaft und Praxis. Dabei diskutieren Prof. Dr. Marc-Philippe Weller, Dr.in Eveline Steinberger-Kern, RAin Dr.in Bettina Knötzl und Marion Guerrero vor dem Hintergrund bevorstehender gesetzlicher Änderungen in Österreich und den Dynamiken im internationalen Umfeld. Das Podiumwidmet sich außerdem kollisionsrechtlichen Fragen, die sich in diesem Zusammenhang für grenzüberschreitend tätige Unternehmen stellen. Derartige Scheidungen waren bis vor Kurzem vor allem außerhalb Europas bekannt. In jüngerer Zeit besteht allerdings auch in einigen Mitgliedstaaten der EU die Möglichkeit einer rechtsgeschäftlichen Scheidung; dies gilt namentlich für das italienische, spanische und französische Recht. Der Vortrag beschäftigt sich mit der Frage, inwiefern Scheidungen ohne konstitutive Beteiligung eines Gerichts oder einer Behörde auch außerhalb des Scheidungsstaats Wirkung zeitigen können.
